主要工作Main job responsiblities:
r 1. 供应商开发。开发新供应商以满足新产品、产能需要及替代不合格的供应商。
r Supplier development. Develop new suppliers to meet new product and capacity requirements and replace unqualified suppliers.
r 2. 新产品/新项目报价。根据客户需求，负责新产品/新项目原材料、外协件的报价。
r Quotation of new products/projects. Be responsible for the quotation of raw materials and outsourcing parts for new products/projects according to customer needs.
r 3. 日常采购活动。根据订单交期，督促供应商交货，确保准时交货。
r Daily purchasing activities. Supervise the supplier to ｄｅｌiver according to the order ｄｅｌivery date to ensure on-time ｄｅｌivery.
r 4. 采购质量管理。协调和处理生产过程中出现的产品质量问题，确保产品合格率。
r Procurement quality management. Coordinate and deal with the product quality problems in the production process to ensure the product qualification rate.
r 5. 采购协议及价格维护。制定与汇总供应商年度报价信息，提交上级审核；与供应商签订采购协议并进行日常价格维护和订单合理分配，确保价格准确，交货及时。
r Purchase Agreement and Price Maintenance. Formulate and summarize the supplier’s annual quotation information, and submit it to the superior for approval; Sign purchase agreements with suppliers and maintain daily prices and allocate orders reasonably to ensure accurate prices and timely ｄｅｌivery.
r 6. 供应商管理。组织和安排供应商年度评审，确保供应商资质符合要求。
r Supplier management. Organize and arrange the annual audit of suppliers to ensure that their qualifications meet the requirements.

r 任职要求Requirements：
r 1. 机械工程师背景，了解铸铁及铸钢材料，熟悉模具、浇铸工艺及热处理等相关知识
r Major in machinery, have knowledge about iron casting and steel casting material , familiar with pattern, casting process and heat treat ,..etc
r 2.了解铸件成本构成及成本分析，能够独立完成铸件及模具报价
r Knowing about the cost constitution and breakdown, and can quote the casting part and pattern cost independently.
r 3. 熟悉铸件不良分析及其不良返修
r Skilled in casting parts defect analysis and how to repair the defect accordingly
r 4. 能看懂图纸及其公差要求，了解机械加工相关加工工艺
r Understanding the drawing and tolerances requirement, familiar with the machining process.
