Product Engineering Unit Radio (PEU Radio) drives the end-to-end research and development of Ericsson’s radio products and solutions. PDU Radio is a global organization, within Development Unit ｎｅｔworks (DNEW), of approximately 4,000 engineers and developers collaborating across nine sites in Canada, China, and Sweden to drive Ericsson’s strategy of securing our ongoing market leadership in radio, taking a leadership position in 5G.

About Radio Products China
Radio Products China is end-to-end responsible for product development from F0 until maintenance of radio products developed in China. We are approximately 1,000 engineers and developers collaborating mainly between Beijing and Chengdu sites to drive Massive MIMO, Classic and Indoor radio technology leadership and product competitiveness in Hardware, Software and Enclosure areas through early concept study, product systemization, solution design, integration and verification, product introduction and maintenance. What will you do:
Product system integration engineer is responsible for Ericsson 5G base station development, integration, performance optimization. The candidate will join in product early phase evaluation, design, integration of HW/SW, performance debug and production support, including below activity.
1. Radio base station solution estimation and study.
2. PA performance and DPD algorithm tuning and verification.
3. Radio base station HW & SW integration and RF performance optimization.
4. Radio function study, optimization and verification.
5. Automation test tool development.

You will bring:
- ｍａｓｔｅｒ degree or above of Electronics Engineering, Microwave, Wireless Communication or equivalent.
- Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing
- Knowledge of RF transceiver. Be familiar with RF test instrument, e.g. signal analyzer and signal generator.
- Experience of PA design, performance optimization, DPD algorithm will be a plus.
- Experience of python or MATLAB will be a plus.
