主要职责：

KEY ACｃｏｕｎｔABILITIES：

1、向研发团队提供基本的技术支持，包括原料及成品检测、实验结果审核。

2、协助研发团队收集材料并准备样品、使用科研设备进行试验和测试。

3、 在资深技术管理人员的指导下支持中试生产和实验工作。

4、协助评估和解释复杂的实验数据，在资深技术人员指导下对测试做出结论。

5、检查实验室设施安全状况，对复杂的设备和仪器进行预防性维护保养和校准工作，遵守实验室安全规程，确保个人和他人的安全。

6、协助文档的准备，确保所有文档完整，支持产品开发活动。

7、 独立处理复杂的文书、管理、技术或客户支持问题，特别复杂的问题提交给资深技术人员处理。

8、其他分配的职责。

1、Provides nontechnical or basic technical support to R&D team, including conducting testing on material and finished products, assisting in auditing laboratory results.
2、 Assists R&D team by material collecting and samples preparing, carrying out experiments, and making measurements with scientific equipment.

3、Support pilot trials and experiments under the direction of more senior team members.

4、Assist with the evaluation and interpretation of complex testing data, conclusion making according to test results consulting with senior personnel.

5、Use safe laboratory practices to protect self and others, checking proper functioning of stations, and performing preventive maintenance and calibration of complex standard equipment and instruments.

6、Assists prepare required documents, ensuring all documentation is complete, support product development activity.

7、Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

8、Other duties as assigned



资格要求

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1、食品、化工相关专业学士学位或同等经验者。

2、中级计算机操作能力，包括 Microsoft Word、Excel、Access和Outlook。
能够解读相关文件，如安全规程、操作维护说明书和程序手册。

3、良好的英语知识

1、 Bachelor’s degree in food, chemistry related field or equivalent experience

2、Intermediate knowledge computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

3、 Good English capability on written and oral.
