Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for e-Commerce business plans, demand plans and P&L.Achieve and exceed business results together with high potential e-Commerce teamDevelop and implement digital customer strategy and activation plans, VIP, KaolaPro-actively identify new commercial opportunities with focus on digital and support from functional expertsBuild strategic business partnership with e-Commerce platformEstablish healthy business relationship with platforms and retailerFurther develop strong relationships with customers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferredMinimum 3 years of relevant working experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in e-Commerce Key Account Management.Strong business understanding of the online market,Knowledge and experience in digital sales and e-Commerce marketing requiredProficient in Microsoft Office toolsBackground in Apparel industry with strong network with VIP strongly preferredKAM experience of Lingerie industry is a plusPeople Management experience will be an advantageStrong analytical capabilities with expertise in driving online operation KPIs, Be very sensitive on numbersStrategic perspective combined with strong executional skillsExcellent negotiation and communications skillsAbility to build long-lasting relationsFluency in both written and spoken English
