PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To implement the merchandise planning depends on merchandising process and ensure all the execution to meet objectives and KPIs for the product part to support high growth of China business both online and offline.??
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the execution of merchandise planning, product allocation and replenishment for each channel by SKU level on basis.
Build up strong relationship with own channel team & related team, to define opportunity, create & implement allocation strategy.
Drive product supplement by considering the sales performance & stock level to closely track & improve sell-out rate/ sale targets.
Maintain weekly/ monthly systematic tracking of product performance & stock data collection.
Work with related department to track novelty delivery & arrange novelty launch according to the annual launch plan.
Drive capacity management with actual demand and fulfillment KEY RESPONSIBILTIES: ?
PLANNING:
Improve plan and implement weekly/ monthly and yearly allocation plan
Collaborate with Finance/ Sales team to achieve sale target to align the inventory demand forecast based on existing inventory demand forecast and future purchase buy strategy
Monitor and define business opportunity through markdowns/ promotion and manage SOH on hand at store level
ALLOCATION:
Manage the whole allocation cycle from creating order, re-adjust load in qty base on store profile on schedule and releasing Novelty inventory to drive business result and liquidate plan
deliver allocation report and drive action plans proactively from promotion/ MD/ inventory& sales& DOH prospective under sub-brand/ product classification/ line/ PLC segment’s aspect?
Your ideal profile:
More than 5-year experience in merchandise allocation, distribution and analysis, experience in apparel industry is preferred
Strong Business acumen and analyzing skills;
Data-driven, good at Excel usage;
Good communication skill
