主要职责

You will support targeted, effective, and efficient strategic planning and management by sourcing, synthesizing, summarizing, and providing key business analytics that enable informed decision-making that affect the overall Henlius corporate strategy from the angle of portfolio. You will provide objective information and insights using data and analytical techniques with cross-functional stakeholders, including Global research organization, Global product development, Marketing & commercial operation, Project management teams, et al. 

？ Conduct business assessment and insights for candidate molecule/ disease area/ indication

? Conduct product-related evaluation and projection base on Henlius’ pipeline

? Integrate market data and work closely with finance team to support forecasting 

? Track and ｕｐｄａｔｅ competitive intelligence on a regular basis 

？ Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership via detailed assessment on market trends

? Supply market research for insight generation and internal business needs

? Develop and manage corporate initiatives serving the company’s objectives

? Manage portfolio review cycles and follow-ups for R&D Strategies

？ Work closely with cross-functional teams on strategy generation, shaping and implementation

? Coordinate cross-functional strategic planning and reviewing process

? Engage and manage senior key stakeholders to achieve alignment

? Work with vendors to ensure high-quality ｄｅｌiverables?

任职条件

？ 教育要求： 

? A postgraduate degree with specialty of medical science or life science

？ 工作经验要求： 

? With ~1 years working experience in a consulting firm or/and corporate strategy related function

? Rich experience in healthcare, preferably pharmaceuticals

？ 岗位技能要求：

? A postgraduate degree with specialty of medical science or life science

? Strong data processing and desk research capability

? Proven experience and skills in project management, financial moｄｅｌing, and presentation

? Good communication skills (especially for cross-functional collaboration)

? Good spoken and written English level

? Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
