工作职责:
1、负责公司大分子CDMO业务开拓工作；Responsible for the development of the company’s large molecule CDMO business in asigned territory or acｃｏｕｎｔ;
2、积极开发新客户，深入了解潜在客户需求，进行业务和市场拓展;Responsible for the investigation and analysis of the key acｃｏｕｎｔs and new clients, set up close relationships with target clients via regular visiting etc.;
3、负责与意向客户进行谈判、完成合作协议的签订并跟踪落实, 并完成CDMO业务的年度销售指标；Lead the whole procedure from signing of CDA/NDA, proposal and quote, business negotiation till contract signing, and follow-up the project ｅｘｅｃution and client payments etc.
4、掌握并及时反馈竞争公司动态，优化业务拓展策略，协助技术部门优化公司CDMO服务水平；Regularly collate and summarize the competitor’s info and market demand；
5. 协助公司市场活动，参加行业会议等；Support to organize and participate in marketing events, including exhibitions and seminars.
任职资格:
1、本科以上学历，生物制药相关专业；Bachelor and above degree in biology or pharmacy related majors；
2、有大分子CDMO相关经验者优先考虑；Experience in large molecule CDMO field would be a plus;
3、具备生物制药行业业务拓展经验，熟悉国内外生物制药企业，有较丰富的合同谈判经验，书面能力专业沟通能力优秀；Familiar with domestic biotech industry and companies, experience in contract negotiation, good interpersonal and communication skills;
4、具有强烈的进取心和敬业精神、分析判断能力，能适应出差。Has the motivation, hunger and willingness to get the job done, medium business travles may required.
