Summary


Work closely with sales to acquire order, responsible on technical solution proposal in terms of layout, process, scope of supply, ｄｅｌivery time, sub-supplier consultation and cost estimation.

Duties and Responsibilities


？To promote independently COMAU standard product & technical advantage to customer;
？To analyze independently customer RFQ and identify specific needs together with sales team;
？To clarify RFQ with customer and global team;
？To clarify independently with customer for all technical requests;
？To ｃｒｅａｔｅ independently technical offer including process based on customer requirement;
？To present independently technical proposal to the customer;
？To clarify the limit and risk assessment of the scope, in line with technical offer;
？To consult outside suppliers and assure quotation quality and be competitive, for the material/service out of COMAU ability;
？Work with cost estimator to assure technical offer is competitive and assess technical risk;
？To assure the consistency of the offers in term of active standards product development;
？To guarantee the technical offer competitiveness and quality;
？To support and review cost estimation in line with technical scope;
？To support other company activities for technical clarification/presentation;
？To enhance the link with the customer with sales team;

Qualifications (Education, Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)


？Bachelor degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering;
？At least 5 years’ working experience on metal-cutting business field with machine center knowhow, background on powertrain metal-cutting industry(ICE engine components or gearbox housing, cutting tool engineering) is required, working career at European/Japanese machine tool builder or cutting tool engineering experience is preferred;
？Experience on aluminum components machining process and hydraulic fixture concept for NEV and Hybrid car, including die casting rear/front underbody, electrical motor housing, or sub-frame is a plus;
？Strong experience on working with Tier1/2 customer for metal cutting industry, including all technical pre-sales activities, is a plus.
