Position Summary      Simulation Engineer is responsible for CFD, FEA or Moldflow simulation   and provides simulation results and optimization suggestion for specific   product performance. He / She supports project development; provides   professional expertise to ensure that the projects meet the customer and   company requirements.     

                    Main Acｃｏｕｎｔabilities      ?     FEM simulation for structure static and dynamic, structure mode,   sealing, vibration, etc.   ?     CFD simulation for pressure loss, air flow velocity, steady &   transient CFD simulation, oil or particle separation efficiency, etc.    ?       Moldflow simulation for plastic injection,   providing suggestion on design optimization and process parameters, etc.    ?       ｃｒｅａｔｅ professional simulation report.   ?       Follow standard CAE rule to validate the product   design in early development phase.   ?       Global ｎｅｔwork within M+H in case free CAE   capacity is available.   ?       Discussion with product engineer for idea   exchange to establish CAD moｄｅｌ.   ?       Discussion with customer about simulation results   and optimization.   ?       Support for new idea validation from product   & design engineers.   ?     Support for quality issue, trouble shooting and solution searching.

                    Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills,   Experience, Competencies)      Education Qualification   Bachelor   degree or above, major in material, mechanics and mechanical engineer, etc.   No. of Years of Experience   2-5   years, and special with talent, excellent ｍａｓｔｅｒ or PhD can be considered as   well.   Professional Exposure   (Technical Skills)   Moldflow   or CFD simulation experience,   Fluid mechanics, theoretical and material   mechanics, static and dynamic fundamental,    Digital   signal process fundamental; numerical analysis; finite element theory.       Preferred previous experiences   Plastic component development experience,   Work experience in   OEM or Tier 1 supplier is preferred,   Programming background, such as Matlab, C++.       Functional Skills   Be   good at MS-office software and presentation skill,   Basic   plastic material and injection process knowledge.       Behavioural Skills   Good communication skill, good team work,   Fluent in English,   Self-stimulation on new knowledge and approach.       Special Knowledge/Skills  Required   Familiar with usual   simulation software Moldflow, Star CCM+, Ansa, etc.       Any Others   Interest in technical work.
