Responsibilities:
1. Understand position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communications
throughout the talent acquisition process
2. Source candidates through job postings, referrals, and direct sourcing using proactive
tactics (social media, networking, and niche resources, etc.)
3. Review and screen resumes obtained from all sources and manage all candidate tracking
and status updates in the Hiring Management System
4. Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable
candidates to hiring manager for further consideration
5. Conduct in person interviewing, lead / facilitate candidate interview debrief session with
Hiring Manager and HRBP
6. Partner closely with HRBP and Compensation to manage the selection and offer process
including: offer formulation, recommendation, and approval process; extension of verbal
offer; offer acceptance and new hire start process
7. Manage candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate
experience throughout the Talent Acquisition process
8. Partner with Talent Acquisition Back Office in candidate interview scheduling, offer letter
and pre-hire On Boarding processes
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, HVAC or related field is preferred

2. A minimum of 3 years headhunting or in-house recruiting experience; industrial
manufacturing and/or multi-site organization preferred
3. Must have a strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with
proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
4. Demonstrated capability in providing candidate assessments and conducting in person
interviews is required
5. Sales and sales leader direct hire experience is required
6. Energetic, self- motivate with resilience
7. Strong work ethic and integrity
8. Good English and Mandarin Talent Acquisition Consultant
