岗位概述 / General Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion：
1. 接收并分析客户订单和预测，制订销售及发运计划；进行订单处理及跟踪。 Receiving and analysing the customer orders and forecast, ｃｒｅａｔｅ sales and ｄｅｌivery plan; for order processing and tracking.
2. 负责生产计划,确保客户需求与生产计划的执行。通过精确的时间控制，***发挥工厂效率及材料利用率，确保按时交货，达到库存目标及协调工程更改。
Take responsible for production planning, to ensure the interface between customer demand and production activities implemented. Through the precise time control, maximize the efficiency of the production line and material utilization, to ensure timely ｄｅｌivery to achieve inventory targets and coordinate engineering changes.

岗位职责 / Responsibility：
- 1.客户计划管理
Customer demand management
1）负责客户需求计划的接收；平准化客户的需求，周计划发运计划的正确编制、及时发布、准确变更、异常协调；
Responsible for receiving customer demand and schedule; levelized customer demand, guidance weekly ｄｅｌivery schedule correctly and timely, in ｃｈａｒge of abnormal coordination;" 2）负责客户需求计划波动的监控；制定库存Min、Max值调整；对供应商的预测发布； Responsible for customer demand fluctuations monitoring; make inventory Min, Max value adjustments; ｕｐｄａｔｅ demand forecast for material planning; 3）负责监控寄售库存，并监督每月销售结算情况； Responsible for checking consignment stock and monitor monthly sales billing result
- 2.生产计划管理：
Production planning management:
1）平准化生产计划的需求，指导周计划的正确编制、及时发布、准确变更、异常协调； leveling production plan, guide production planner timely and accuracy release weekly schedule, coordinate production when abnormal;
2）负责生产计划波动的监控；并制定应急预案； Responsible for monitoring of production performance and make backup plan; 3）产能进行调查，牵头协调解决出现的产能问题； Capacity check and take the lead in coordinating and solving the capacity problem; 4）指导计划员对计划完成率、计划变更情况、在制品与成品库存情况等进行数据、原因分析并立足于将问题有效解决。
Monitor completion rate, production plan change status, WIP and finished goods inventory etc., Do cause analysis based on the problem effectively resolved. 5）根据现象和数据分析生产－发运过程中存在的系统性问题并不断改进。 According to actual and data analysis of production - define systemic continuous improvement plan.
- 3.物料管理
Materials Management
1）指导计划员对供应商产能进行调查，牵头协调解决供应商出现的产能问题；Guide planner to conduct supplier capacity investigation and take the lead in coordinating the supplier capacity bottleneck;
2）指导计划员协调解决供应商物料拉动过程中出现的问题； Guide planner to coordinate and solve problems in supplier material ｄｅｌivery shortage; 3）SAP系统维护更新,保证MRP的运行；
SAP system maintenance to ensure MRP function is running 4）参与公司月度及年度物料盘点工作，并分析差异及落实整改措施；Participate in the monthly and annual stock taking, analysis the differences and implement improvement measures;
5）指导计划员及时制定采购计划及其月底库存的控制； Guide planner timely release procurement plans and inventory control; 6）及时从客户获取EOP;ECR物料断点计划并通知供应商，确认最终拉动数量，避免物料呆滞；Get the EOP and ECR material breakpoint plan and inform the vendor to verify last ｄｅｌivery to avoid dead stock;
7）库存核对，及时处理呆滞库存
Stock check, timely processing of dead stock.
- 4.工作中出现偏差或违反规定的现象应及时采取有效措施同时向上级反映 Take effective measures and report to superior in case of deviation in goal achievement or deregulation.
- 5.接受及完成上级布置在其职责范围内的工作任务。 Other duties as assigned

岗位资格 / Qualification：
- 教育背景：本科及以上学历。3年以上的制造行业供应链管理经验Education Background: Bachelor degree or above.over 3 years supply chain management experience in manufacturing environment
- 经历：熟悉公司质量运行体系。物流管理及相关内容，物料调度。 Experience: familiar with company’s quality system, logistic management and relevant content, disposition of material
- 具备基本的企业财务管理知识与意识。
Basic understanding of corporate finance.(cash flow, capital cost..) - 具有数据分析和提出潜在解决方案的能力
Ability to analyse data and present potential solutions
- 具有SAP SD，PP, WD和 ***的应用经验 Experience of SAP SD, PP, WD and ***
- 具有有效应用精益、持续改进、消除浪费工具能力 Ability to effectively use Lean / continuous improvement tools/ waste reduction techniques - 良好的沟通技巧及正面的工作态度
Good communication skill and aggressive working attitude - 良好的英语口语及书面英语
Good English skills, both oral and written
