Project Manager Main acｃｏｕｎｔabilities, responsibilities and ｄｅｌiverables
Managing new projects /Change project
Leading (interdisciplinary) project teams and ensuring their effectiveness
Act as a link between internal customer, supplier, partners and departments
Organize and prepare for meetings, gate reviews, decisions
Managing the project scope, time, budget, contracting and quality according to relevant standards
Elaborate a project plan in alignment with the project goals and perform cross-departmental planning for all functions involved to meet the project targets and requirements
Managing risks, resolving problems / manage KPIs to target
Manage communication with stakeholder
Manage sample preparation
Reporting & escalating to decision makers
Request and secure team resources incl. team assignments, skill & experience requirements
Complete tasks as assigned by line manager



Required skills and experience / main competencies
Ability to lead and motivate others
Knowledge of project-planning tools
Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations and interacting with (senior) leadership
Basic business, IT, financial and communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
Good understanding of technologies to drive business
Demonstrated ability to develop and ｅｘｅｃute a project & resource plan, incl. baseline change management
Education background: bachelor degree or above, major in engineering course/Fluent English (written and spoken)
More than 5 years relevant work experience in automotive industry
