岗位职责 / Responsibility：
- 在新产品项目开发中参与先期质量策划，负责批量生产中的批量认可，制定控制计划和检验指导书等工作。
Participate in APQP during development of new products, release batches in mass production,compile control plans and inspection instructions etc.
- 控制产品检验（过程、最终出厂）、现场质量、产品审核。
Be responsible for product inspection (process, out of plant), on-site quality, product audit.
- 负责及时有效地处理负责产品的质量问题投诉。
Deal with quality problems of responsible products promptly and effectively.
- 工作中出现偏差或违反规定的现象应及时采取有效措施同时向上级反映。
Take effective measures and report to superior in case of deviation in goal achievement or deregulation.
- 接受及完成上级布置在其职责范围内的工作任务。
Other tasks as assigned.

岗位资格/Qualification：
- 教育背景：工程背景本科以上学历。
Education background: Bachelor degree or above of engineering background.
- 培训经历：质量责任法律法规；产品质量规划和管理等。
Training: laws, rules and regulations related to quality responsibility; product quality
planning and management etc.
- 工作经历： 具有三年以上相关工作经验。
Work Experience: more than 3 years relevant work experience.
- 技能及个性特征：熟练使用计算机网络获取信息并运用于工作；具有和岗位相适应的组织协调能力和分析处理质量问题的能力；有一定的公关社交能力；具备解决问题的有效思维方法； 大学英语四级或以上（或同等水平）；理解并具备团队基本管理能力
Skills and Personality: skilled in implementation of interｎｅｔ to obtain information and applying it to work; good organization and coordination skilled as required by the position; able to analyze and solve quality problems; sociable; effective thinking way to solve problems; CET 4 or above (or with equivalent language skill); basically capable to manage with team spirit

岗位权限 / Authority：
- 对负责的在制品、半成品、成品有质量否决权，在必要时对产品工序有停产权。
Veto the WIP, semi-finished goods, finished goods with quality problems; Be authorized to stop the product process if necessary.
- 有权对负责的质量不合格的产品在出厂前进行冻结。
Be authorized to freeze products with quality problems before they flow out of plant.
- 有权冻结供应商有质量缺陷的货，并协调SQA与之商定短期内提供质量合格的替代品。
Be authorized to freeze suppliers’ goods with quality problems, coordinate with SQA and asking for qualified ａｌｔｅｒnative in the short term.
- 安排布置下属的工作并检查其完成情况。
Arrange and distribute tasks to subordinates and check the layout of its completion.
