岗位概述 / General Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion：
负责新产品的开发和试制，生产产品的工程更改
Responsible for development and test of new prodcut, ECR of products.

岗位职责 / Responsibility：
- 新项目启动后的项目管理，协助进行项目小组的组建。
Setting up the project team once the new project launches (B2 release)
- 制定项目计划，组织项目小组工作，确保项目按时完成。
Establish project plan and organize project teamwork to ensure timely completion of projects.
- 根据客户OTS交样时间对客户输入，图纸设计，原料采购，设备以及工装夹具，OTS样品试制，试验计划等环节进行管理，建立BOM。
According to the customer OTS timing requirement, manage the customer technique input, drawing design, raw part purchase, equipment and fixture, OTS sample making, test plan, etc , ｃｒｅａｔｅ BOM.
- 根据客户和伦福德资料，支持德国设计部共同完成产品设计图纸，与实验室共同制定试验计划。
According to customer and Lemforder’s information, support designer and test center on drawing and test plan.
- 跟踪OTS样品在客户的试验结果并得到相关认可。
Follow up the OTS/prototype samples test in customer side and get release report.
- 参与解决OTS样品在试制阶段的工艺技术问题。
Participate in solve working process technical problem in the OTS sample making period, together with process eng.
- 编写新项目总结报告，并完成生产的移交。
Prepare the new project summarization, and transfer to series produce.
- 分析客户询价产品的技术输入，完成报价参考。
Analyse the customer quotation production technique input, prepared for quotation information with BOMs, technical conditions and local contents proposals.
- 负责对公司所有批量生产前的项目必要时进行工程更改。
Launch the ECR if it’s necessary in new project development.
- 完成部门经理以及模块组长(项目经理)交办的任务。
Accomplish other tasks given by department manager and module team leader (project manager) within the responsibility.

岗位资格 / Qualification：
- 教育背景：机械制造专业本科或以上。
Education background: bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering.
- 工作经历：一年以上汽车行业相关工作经历或应届生。
Working experience: More than 1 year relevant work experience in automotive industry or new graduate.
- 技能及个性特征：英语书面表达能力，会熟练运用计算机辅助设计，熟悉公司产品，生产工艺过程和生产加工设备性能，具有较强的工作责任性和团队合作精神。
Skills and Personality: Fluent English (written and spoken), good knowledge of software e.g. Autocad, sap, MS-Office, be familiar with company’s products, production process and the capability of equipments, strong working responsibility and teamworks.

岗位权限 / Authority：
- 对设计的图纸客户确认负责。
Responsible for getting the drawing release from customer.
- 对试验计划和报告客户确认负责。
Responsible for getting the testing timing and report release from customer.
- 对产品图纸，开发计划，试验计划，零件清单等的发布及维护负责。
Responsible for ｄｅｌiver and maintenance the drawing, develop plan, test plan, BOM, etc.
- 参于对客户、供应商技术谈判。
Participate in technical negotiation with customers and suppliers.
- 参与新供应商开发。
Participate the development of new suppliers.
- 对新产品开发工作在OTS阶段有独立处理权。
Full responsibility of OTS develop phase in new project.

培训资质/Training Qualification：
- 专业能力:TS16949、VDA6.3、Formel-Q、先期产品质量策划和生产件批准程序、整车厂客户要求、项目管理项目风险管理、ZF工具（QR83、Engis）、团队管理。
Professional competence: TS16949, VDA6.3, Formel-Q, APQP&PPAP, customers particular requirements, project management, project risk management, ZF tools (QR83, Engis), team management.
- 方法能力:问题分析与解决、时间管理
Methodological competence: Problem analysis and solving, time management
- 社交能力:沟通与协作、冲突管理。
Social competence: communication and coordination, conflict management.
