Main responsibilities will be assigned by Clinical Operations Program Lead and/or Clinical Operations Program Director
Support the logistic of team meetings, such as project meeting, functional team meeting, interview, team building, etc.
Other project specific supportive activities, e.g., documents preparation, printing, scanning, timeline tracking, archiving, etc.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
Intern at University with major in biological science or healthcare-related field, or equivalent
Computer proficiency and good office software skills
Good knowledge of spoken and written English
Being honest, active and responsible for assigned tasks
Desirable
Demonstrates good project management skills
Ability to coordinate work in a cross-functional team environment
Good written and verbal communication skills, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
