Accountability:
executes x-orders, PPAP, CPAP test cures and recommends modifications and improvements for quality, efficiency, and cost reduction. Maintain the ITEM, BOM, Routing in BPCS, after review SO.
2.Good tooling knowledge, working with tooling engineer to transition new products into mass production after customer approval is received (release to production). Performs required tests on engineering projects to support production requirements.
3.Good problem solve ability, solving process problems to reduce costs, improve quality, increase productivity and reduce material waste.
4.Good FEMA and quality tools knowledges, working out the risk management plan with team per current process situation and application input, also need work with QE to develop and implement control charts and SPC for new products.
5.Good knowledge of Lean, optimizing internal material flow and set the standards for each industrialization, reduce the process waste and balance the process C/T.
6.Evaluates and takes part in final design review for tool releases.
7.Provides summary of recommendations and changes, and updates of projects in-process.
8.Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.
Qualification:
*Education: BS Degree in Polymer Engineering or equivalent experience.
*2 years minimum in Manufacturing or Engineering environment, Knowledge of LSR or rubber over-molding manufacturing processes is preferred.
*Experience in rubber industry, including TS 16949 knowledge is preferred
