Key Responsibilities
1.Fully in ｃｈａｒge of HY Site P&C Team to support business team, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relationship, salary and benefit, training, data management, reporting, administration support and partner with business teams to solve the issue and provide timely, high-quality support.
2.Based on the company’s overall expense budget, make administrative expense budget and plan, control and manage the budget.
3.Support human resources projects and other responsibilities assigned by senior management.
Key Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration will be preferent.
2.At least 5 years’ work experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner function.
3.Excellent communication skills, and fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin & English.
4.Result oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
