设计经理负责新项目或已获项目的设计开发工作, 包括设计策划、设计过程/流程、质量和成本目标，将负责将全部工程设计转换为CAD模式并完成所有相关技术文件，主要任务包括：

1)Generate design concepts and produce conforming designs, parameters and calculations (provided by a project engineer or lead engineer). 创建设计概念并提出一致性的设计、特性和计算参数（由项目经理或工程师提供），

2)Take ｄｅｌivery of area files(3D drawings, functional product and functional process analysis). 向有关部门和人员提交相关文件（3D图，功能件和功能过程分析）.

3）Develop feasible designs, considering available manufacturing processes. Perform engineering calculations for mass, strength and mechanical performance. 进行可行性设计开发，兼顾可能的制造过程，为量产、强度和机械性能等方面提供工程计算依据.

4)Prepare and maintain engineering release and change documents. 准备和保管有关工程发布和工程变更等有关技术资料文件.

5)For each assigned project, provide ａｌｔｅｒnative design solutions accompanied by analysis, supporting information and recommendations. 针对每一个分配项目，提供包括数据分析、支撑信息和建议的比较设 计方案.

6)Insure the accuracy of engineers’ and technicians’ work by giving them clear, complete technical direction and by verifying the output.通过给工程师和技术人员提供清晰和完全的技术指导，并对工作结果进行核实，确保其工作结果的准确。

7)Guarantee quality of files that the office ｄｅｌivers to areas. 保证本部门提交给有关部门和人员的技术文件的质量

8)Maintain strong familiarity with specific customer CAD data integrity requirements and apply as required. 保证与顾客有关的CAD数据符合完整性和可用性要求，

9)Ensure that designs comply with government and customer specifications and regulations. 确保设计符合政府和顾客的相关法规与规定

10)Actively participate in product design reviews when required. 必要时需积极参加与产品设计有关的回顾/总结工作

l1)(May) manage CAD operators. 管理CAD人员。



任职条件: 

l)ｍａｓｔｅｒ’s degree in engineering 工程类硕士学位(条件优异者可放宽）

2)Over 5 yers of Experience in Design & Development within an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive industry 具有5年以上的工业领域，特别是汽车行业的设计与开发经验

3)Knowledge and experience in the Project Management process 具备项目管理过程的知识和经验

4)Good knowledge of Program standards, tools, and methods 掌握良好的与项目有关的标准、工具和方法

5)Appropriate training in program specific CAD software 接受过CAD软件方面的培训

6) Familiar with primary manufacturing methods 熟悉基本的制造加工方法

7)Team player with strong communication skills 具有较强的沟通技巧

8)International mind set 具有国际化的思维
