Responsibilities：
1. To lead a Team of QA engineers ensure effective ｅｘｅｃution and maintain quality management system(QMS).
2. Drive, review and track QMS ｅｘｅｃution, improvement and effectiveness.
3. Lead company’s quality assurance activities, internal and external quality communication, production process of key processes and major quality issues follow-up.
4. To ensure products meet the requirement through proper quality and process control.
5. Track, drive Corrective/ Preventive Actions for the closure and verify their effectiveness.
6. Lead or support all Customer Audits, 3rd Party Audits, Corporate and Factory Audits.
7. Work closely with purchasing team to drive supplier performance towards achievement of defined goals using supplier scorecard.
8. Lead and groom the team by coaching, training, counseling and planning.


Requirement :
1. Bachelor degree or above in Optical communication, electro-communication, communication technology or other Engineering/technical field.
2. 10 years or above factory quality control experience, have optical fiber connector or related products experience be must.
3.Experience in quality management and equivalent positions in the optical communications industry.
4.Be familiar with ISO9001/ISO14001/TL9000 system and process, familiar with PDCA, SPC, MSA, FMEA, QC and other quality management tools.
5. Strong quality acumen, insight, problem analysis and solving skill.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, and leadership skills.
7. Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
8. Familiar with fiber optical connector products.
