Job Description: 1. Respond to public inquiries, direct the general public to the appropriate staff member 2. Provide word-processing and secretarial support 3. Make flight and hotel arrangement and local transportation for CEO office 4. Prepare and maintain expense reports for CEO office 5. Assist in the preparation of events, meetings and conferences of CEO office 6. Prepare CEO related documents e.g. Travel Agenda, Meeting Minutes and Presentations in proper business English and on high standard (presented to Senior management of Porsche China and Porsche Germany) 7. Coordinate and ensure each department to complete their required tasks with specified time frame and good quality 8. Arrange invitation letters for overseas executives and invitations for various visitors 9. Implement special job arranged by CEO timely and accurately Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Business Administration, Language study, etc. 2. Language proficiency in Chinese and English, knowledge in German is a plus 3. Excellent communication skills 4. Good command of Microsoft Office 5. Available to work at least 3 days per week for 6 months
