ACｃｏｕｎｔING ASSISTANT
r Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has an immediate opening for Acｃｏｕｎｔing Assistant in its Shanghai office. This is a full time position with benefits.
r SUMMARY
r Responsible for collecting, recording, tax machine operation and reporting acｃｏｕｎｔing transactions.
r RESPONSIBILITIES
r Typical responsibilities include:
r Issuing local invoices to customers, verifying VAT invoices; processing AR receipts, entering balances into the acｃｏｕｎｔing system.
r Performing inquiries with customers regarding the payment status of outstanding invoices.
r Using the acｃｏｕｎｔing system to track payment of invoices and to solve simple acｃｏｕｎｔs receivable issues.
r Preparing expense reports.
r Providing user maintenance on simple systems, i.e. Fixed Assets, General Ledger, database and spreadsheets.
r Performing liaison work with the Tax Department
r REQUIREMENTS
r Requires University degree in Acｃｏｕｎｔing/Finance from universities listed in First-class universities and disciplines of the world, or overseas univesities which is listed QS top 100.
r No experience rquired.
r Excellent communication and customer service skills.
r Bilingual in Chinese and English (written and verbal)
r Excellent English speaking and listening is a requirement

r 准备帐务报告
r 维护并记禄简单的财务账目，例如固定资产， 总帐等相关数据库及电子数据表
r 与税务部门执行的联络工作
r 要求：
r 会计财务或相关专业本科以上学历, 要求双一流院校，海外留学生要求QS前100院校
r 良好的交流及客服技巧
r 具有良好的英文读写、交流能力
r 熟練的英語聽說能力
