岗位职责
1.Conceptual design, calculation and optimization of drivetrain systems ?(with regard to losses, temperature, operating behavior, costs). Review the entire powertrain. Consideration of the interaction of the drive components. Balance components performance / energy and power / costs / timeline.
驱动系统的概念设计、计算和优化(包括损耗、温度、运行特性、成本)。考虑驱动元件之间的相互作用, 评审整个动力系统, 平衡部件性能/能源和功率/成本/时间进度.?
2.Definition of drivetrain system and component requirements ( load characteristic curves);?
定义驱动系统和部件需求(如负载特性曲线).
3.Creation of tools and simulation models for the calculation and simulation of drivetrain systems.
为驱动系统的计算和仿真创建工具和仿真模型.
4.Collaboration with testing departments.?
Involvement in tests / standardization of tests &; measurement variables.
与测试部门合作,参与测试和测量变量的改进/标准化。
5.Involved in the Risk Assessment procedure and the building of Design FMEA.
参与风险评估并创建D-FMEA.
6.Rise synergies of components and Modules in the KION global environment.
selecting suitable components and modules from the KION portfolio and initiating the development of new components.?
提高模块部件在KION全球性的协同作用。
从KION产品组合中选择合适的模块部件,并启动新部件的开发。
7.Participate to the prospecting and the choice of new suppliers with the cross function developments, Value Engineering, Purchase, Production, Logistics and Quality department.
与价值工程分析,采购,物流和质量各个相关职能部门一起寻找和开发选择新的供应商;
8.Propose and manage technical solutions to solve IQ issues in close contact with Quality and Service departments.
与质量和售后部门紧密联系, 及时提供 IQ 质量问题的解决措施.
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历,机电一体化,机械,液压或热能与动力工程相关专业;
2.3-5年工作经验,3年机械行业经验,有变速箱、车桥、电驱动系统开发应用经验者优先;
3.掌握机电一体化/热能与动力学知识、工程学工具、质量管理工具(FMEA) ,良好的工程学知识和产品知识;
4.良好的分析能力和团队合作能力、以结果导向;
5.熟练掌握办公软件,Matlab/Simulink /UG 及CAD软件;
6.良好的英文读写能力。
