岗位职责
1.维护公司计量器具台账，制定并实施公司计量器具周期检定计划
Responsible for maintain the company‘s measuring instrument acｃｏｕｎｔ, implement the company‘s periodic verification plan for measuring instruments
2.检定/校准公司已建标项目的检具，并进行必要的修理和维护SAP数据
Responsible for calibrate the inspection tools of the company‘s established standard items, and carry out necessary repair and maintenance of SAP data
3.管理检具及公司C类资产，包括检具编号/标识/报废等，确保在用计量器具的准确性和有效受控
Be in ｃｈａｒge of manage inspection tools and C type of assets, to ensure the accuracy and effective control of measuring instruments in use
4.协助需求者对检具选型和供应商选择，负责检具进货验收
Assist the demander in the ｓｅｌｅｃｔion of inspection tools and suppliers, and be responsible for the purchase acceptance of inspection tools
5.负责委外计量检定管理，寻找外部检定资源，满足公司计量器具检定校准需求
Responsible for the management of outsourced calibration, find out external verification resources, and meet the calibration needs of measuring instruments
6.维护计量标准器和校验设备，保证检定/校准工作顺畅和稳定
Maintain the calibration equipment to ensure the smooth and sｔａｂｌｅ calibration
7.统计分析检具送检率和合格率，巡检在用检具，为制定周检计划提供信息
Make statistics and Analysis on the inspection rate and qualified rate of inspection tools, for making the weekly inspection plan
8.组织对检定过程中发现的不合格量检具进行检验产品的追溯和处置。
Organize to trace and dispose the unqualified measuring instruments found in the verification process.
9.组织对检定过程中发现的不合格量检具产生原因的分析并督促整改。
Organize to analyze the causes of unqualified measuring instruments found in the verification process.
10.完成部门主管分配的其他工作事项
Complete other departmental tasks assigned by the supervisor

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，测控技术与仪器等相关专业；
2. 3年及以上工作经验， 3年以上计量检定 & 管理经验；
3. 熟悉国家计量法律法规，国家检定规程及公司校准规程，熟练进行相关的检定/校准，了解相关计量器具的构成，具备一定检修能力高度的数据敏感性和判断力，甄别真伪 High data sensitivity and judgment
ISO9000 质量管理体系认证标准。
4.持有计量检定员证优先。
