DeｓｃｒｉｐｔionFor this internship opportunity, you will provide administrative/operational support for Engineering department in R&D center.Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Provide clerical and administrative support to Engineering department to allow for more efficient operations including not limited to:* Monthly outsourced employee hours statistics and records, including simple data recording, ｔａｂｌｅ processing* Time entry and management of all employees and reminders* IT asset management, inventory and record keeping* New employee onboarding materials collection and preparation* Departmental library management* Collecting, ｃｏｕｎｔing, and placing orders for departmental items purchase information* Responsible for the maintenance of some project management forms* Travel information preparation* Maintenance of office supplies* Support staff team activities, arrangement.* Provide back-up duties for other administrative professionals as needed.Required Qualifications:* The position typically requires more than 4 months Internship period, More than 4 days per week.* Good communication skills in Chinese (verbal & written) & English (verbal)* Good Knowledge of working with web/computer-based applications (Microsoft Office)* Ability to multi-task effectively, high attention to detail, and the ability to think Critically, Problem Solver.* Self-motivated, an excellent team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Desired Qualifications:*Good verbal English*Able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
