Responsibilities.
r - Provide technical support to production lines, help to solve problems.
r - Assist on establishing, revising standard work instructions, assist on improving technical, quality and EHS issue in process.
r - Organize EHS near miss checking, follow actions to improve, to ensure safety production.
r - Arrange production department’s training program, ensure production staff’s skill and EHS competency can fulfill requirements.
r - Assist production supervisor arrange people, machine, RM etc. resource to fulfill products order requirements from commercial.
r - Assist production supervisor to arrange maintenance days’ cleaning and preparation work.
r - Assist the drive of department’s safety, cleaning,5S, AM/PM activities.
r - Finish other tasks from supervisor.
r Requirements.
r - College degree or above, major in cement is preferred.
r - 3-5 years experience in production management.
r - Skills in EHS management.
r - Teamwork spirits.
r - Good English and computer skill.
