PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
?Communicate with customers and team members.
?Draft study protocol, report and ｄｅｌiver all data to customer timely.
?Review biomarker related assay & technology and translational research, like IHC & histopathology, FACS, cytokine, protein or cell-based assay.
?Guide and propose internal R&D study related to biomarker or translational research
?Support BD for the client need and study request for other technical department
?Experiment records keeping and data centralization and datapack summary.
?Technical training of new employees and team management.
?Complete other assignment from upper management and supervisor.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
?Ph. D in immunology, Cancer biology, molecular biology, biology or cell biology, medicine or clinical related, veterinary medicine related field, or M.Sc. with minimum 5 years hands of experience in molecular biology laboratories.
?Knowledge of translational research, cancer biomarker, molecular biology, veterinary medicine, or histopathology.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
?Skilful in biomarker techniques, mainly IHC & Multiplex IHC, spatial biology, FACS, etc.
?Capable of performing experiments, data analysis, trouble shooting, and draft study report.
?Communicate well with customers and team members.
?Excellent communication skills in English.
?Hard working, self-motivated, efficient and multitasking.
?Be able work independently, or as a team player.
