Responsibilities：

1. Overall management in material planning and Logistics Department, operational supply chain to enhance interface: supplier - GCN-GUS/GEU or direct customers;

2. Excellent co-work with global DP best comprehension on global supply chain process and business situation;

3. Cooperation with global DP/CS with best comprehension on global supply chain process and business situation;

4. Manage Production planning to dedicate on monthly/weekly planning process, capacity requirement planning/fulfillment, etc

5. Manage PP daily operation of risk assessment for planning ｅｘｅｃution, drive in solutions for varieties of problem, strong lead/coordinate in cross-functions for trouble shooting, recovery for backlog; drive in DIFOT, Freight unitization improvement;

6. Manage in material planning team for material supply risk evaluation, strategy making/ｅｘｅｃution;

7. Focus on hot shortage managing and coordination in solution providing;

8. Lead supplier assessment/audit, and performance evaluation/developing, related to D(elivery) and S(ervice);

9. WH Layout and best space optimization and utilization;

10. Well controlling in FIFO/storage management, compliance with variance target in inventory cycle ｃｏｕｎｔing;

11. Collaboration for pipeline inventory cost reduction in accordance with inventory value and Turns target;

12. Team organizing/People management , integrated competence metrics maturity upstream.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree;

2. 6+ years in production planning or supply chain, 4+ years management experience;

3. Fluent English/Mandarin is necessary；

4. Strong knowledge/skills on supply chain management;

5. Excellent knowledge in ERP( QAD, SAP, ETC) and skillful in office applications;

6. Strong communication and coordination skills, and quite strong leadership.
