Job responsibilities:1.Help to provide research, analysis, presentation and support for identifying, evaluating and resolving new location opportunities within the region2.Help to establish, maintain and ｕｐｄａｔｅ database and information library of existing locations operational data within the region3.To prepare internal briefing papers and market analysis as required by the Real Estate Director, Greater China4.To support the Real Estate Director, Greater China in initiating other real estate initiatives within the regionRequirements:1.Strong analytical skills, familiar with Microsoft software, i.e. Excel & PPT2.Experience in fashion/FMCG/luxury industry will be preferred3.Starting ASAP
