        职责：
        1. 带领并培养财务团队，承担会计、财务、税务等相关职能。
        2. 良好的谈判技巧，能审查和新供应商的合同、条款。
        3. 细致的财务分析经验，能为业务决策提供详实有效的数据支持。包括资产负债表、损4. 益表、现金流量表、单品业绩表等等，并能建立关键kpi来衡量公司业绩。
        5. 确保财务和运营系统的坚实，支撑业务运营的良性发展。
        6. 确保公司的财务、税务及工商等方面有序合规。
        
        要求：
        1. 会计实务&财务管理相关的专业经验
        2. 至少7-10年的外贸或内销企业经验，同时具备者优先
        3. 有企业运营经验者优先

        qualification

        dutiesresponsibilities

        2. strong negotiation ss to review or establish new supplier contracts, terms for the benefits of the business
        3. detailed analytical experience in diving deep into the numbers to provide meaningful information for business decision making. this includes the profit/loss, cash-flow, individual product performanceestablishing key kpis to measure the performance of the business
        4. ensure that financialoperational systems are robust, compliantsupport the business activitygrowth
        5. ensure all regulatorystatutory requirements such as licensing, tax as handled in a timelycomplete manner
