In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
Familiar with reporting submission & analysis process of actual monthly closing, including PL and Balance sheet, quarterly reports submission process including balance sheet and SOX reports.
In six months:
Take leadership in part of monthly closing process, act as business partner of stakeholders including Corporate Finance team, agency & trading commercial team, regional reporting analysis team, other functions (HR C&B, Admin, treasury team, etc.).
In 12 months:
Became an expert of the field, support FP&A team to initiate enhancement plan and optimize process efficiency.
What your day job looks like at GroupM:
Review and submit Actual cycle report, ensure on-time submission with high quality
Monthly closing reports including flash PL, actual, balance sheet reports
Quarterly reports including balance sheet reports (BS control, BS review), and SOX reports
In charge of monthly actual and forecast reports including Headcount & Salary, cash pooling adjustment reports
In charge of Ftool system trading and Xasis uploading, and overall consolidation validation
In charge of quarterly Media credit report and Trading audit related process
Collaborate with Corporate Finance team, Agency & Trading commercial team, HR & admin function team, keep improving actual process for efficiency and accuracy
Ad-hoc projects required by management.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business or related field.
2-5 years’ working experience in finance department of MNC or big 4 Audit firm.
Excellent Excel skill and data analytical skill, high level of accuracy.
Team player, strong ownership, flexible and diligent with ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
Good communication skill, ability to handle cross-functional communication independently and effectively.
