Key Acｃｏｕｎｔabilities岗位主要职责
1.生产线开机停机时按照QPS完成一些参数的设定及适当的巡检。
Set up the machine parameter, comply with the QPS.
2.按照标准操作规程QPS进行设备操作和组装。及时正确的上料，输入数据，并做好记录。
According to the QPS, does the operation and assembling. Afford the material, put into the data, and keep the record.
3.对设备进行基本的调整和维修保养（比如夹、模具调整和配置，换模，设备清理，润滑和零配件更换等）以发挥***的设备效率。
Use and daily maintenance the machine and tools.
4.及时向生产主管报告安全、质量、生产和任何工作问题。
Timely report to the leaders for issues on safety, quality and anything related goods.
5.与生产主管，维修人员和工程师及时沟通对突发事件作出正确的troubleshooting。
Cooperate with leaders and maintenance dept. for troubleshooting.
6.设备维护时配合维修人员和工程师对相应的系统进行作业许可的确认(LOTO, Line break等)。
Carry out the LOTO, Line break action with maintenance team.
7.与前后各站的操作员沟通，完成现场的各项日常检查表。
Good communication with before and end sections, keep the operation record.
8.定期巡检确保产线稳定运行。
Patrol on the site to make sure line running smoothly.
9.根据生产中实际情况及需要，通知并配合inspector取样做性能测试，以便及时调整参数。
Cooperate with inspector to take some sample for quality controlling and testing.
10.常用工具的保养及维护。
Maintain the tools.
11.在生产过程中和结束后做好并保持所属区域的5S。
Complete the 5Swork while work off.
12.主管交代的其它工作安排。
Complete the other work which assigned by the dept. leaders.
Qualifications and Requirements任职要求
1.有操作大型机械及PLC(英文版)的操作经历.
Have experience for operating the machine with PLC screen.
2.具有日常计算机通用软件的操作能力和英语基础
Can use computer and basic English for reading.
3.愿意轮班，服从合理的加班安排
Can shift turning and accept the overtime arrangement.
4.具有良好的团队合作精神和较强责任心,工作积极主动；
Team player, be responsible for the work, active.
5.高中以上学历，机电或自动控制专业；
High school or above, automation or engineering.
6.遵守并执行公司的安全程序，具有良好的卫生习惯和个人素质。
Strictly comply with company safety management requirement, good competency.
7.了解ISO9001系统及产品质量控制
Know-how on ISO 9001.
8.会使用产品检测仪器
Can use tools for goods inspection.
9.勇于报告问题及提出合理化建议
Can report the problem and raise the good proposal.
10.***有一定的设备维修经验（3年以上）
Preferred basic maintenance experience.
11.有叉车证及会安全驾驶叉车（有经验）
Preferred the forklift certification.
备注：条件优秀者可以做生产主操和生产班长
