Key Responsibilities
1)Implement company’s acｃｏｕｎｔing policy and procedures in local office; Set costing method, acｃｏｕｎｔing process, closing process and reporting process.
2)In ｃｈａｒge of daily acｃｏｕｎｔing and related tax issue for company; In ｃｈａｒge of invoice billing and acｃｏｕｎｔs receivable monitoring; and other reports to local government.
3)Check for daily expenses; Daily Fixed assets management; Filing for Financial documents;
4)Timely provide accurate, acｃｏｕｎｔable, authentic finance statements based on Chinese GAAP and Germany GAAP.
5)Assist finance manager submit Monthly Report and statistics report;
6)Responsible for annual auditing; Work with internal control, prevent the mistakes in acｃｏｕｎｔing through duty segregation, double-check, and effective process, etc.
7)Track product costing data, compare our data with the goal or competitors data, devote to product cost control through (not only) improving labor efficiency, reducing electricity consumption, logistics cost, cutters cost, scrap.
8)Assist finance manager to complete the budget, analyze the actual financials with the budget or other goals to find the root cause.
9) other related affairs designed by the manager.

Qualifications and Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above in acｃｏｕｎｔing; familiar with Chinese GAAP & IFRS;
2、At least 5 years’ experience in acｃｏｕｎｔing related position, experience in foreign company preferred;
3、Work proactively with responsible attitude and reliable for any assigned work by the company;
4、Skillful to use Micro software and acｃｏｕｎｔing E-Systems;
5、Good command on written English;
6、Honest; good team work spirit and strong responsibility.
7、Local Jiangyin, Wuxi and Changzhou resident is a plus
8、ERP using QAD is preferred
