Job Duties
? To set up, maintain and improve the Company Quality Management Systems
? To coordinate related departments to solve quality problems with the primary liability
?To be focused on manufacturing process quality control and improvement
? Provides technical support to Engineering regarding development, inspection and testing of new product Acts as primary link with the customer regarding quality issues
? Initiates and leads effective corrective action plan and commitments, quality policies and procedures and technical support as necessary
? Train and coach quality team to improve quality skill level and individual capabilities, restructure the QC team base on quality team management requirement.
? Manage Process and Product Audits – such as LPA (Layer Process Audit)
?Strengthen on incoming inspection and work with suppliers on quality Improvements and audits
? Provide Reports to the Asia and US management teams
Job Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree, and strong background of mechanical engineering, specially training in statistical analysis, precision measurement and process capability studies
? At least 10-15 years’ quality experience, with management at least 3-5 years
?Be familiar with SPC quality management tools with solid data analysis skill
? Project management training or experience
? Solid problem solving(analytical)skills
? Extensive product knowledge
? Extensive knowledge of the company’s quality system ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 experience required
? Quality audit training and experience
? Competent in English
