1.Make shipping schedule per the production planning and order backlog /customers’ demands and follow up the situation and cooperate with other related departments (quality, machining and packaging) to ensure that all the shipment are fulfilled smoothly.

2.Aid Customer service Manager to finalize the customer’s information management system and management procedure. Manage and document the customer’s information and sales per the defined procedure.

3.Manage the sales data in JDE and issue the JDE invoice after shipment. Deal with customer service (VAT invoice and C of C ). Support sales team to set up the sales data base and follow up the sales contracts.
4.Be responsible for monthly sales report regarding HT sales timely and precisely.
5.Any other related jobs assigned by the Company .
