Job Responsibility
Brand Promotion
execute brand promotion plan in strategic segments with regional sales team and distributors ;
Manage communication tools including catalogue, case study, website, white paper, demo kit, gifts and other tools for brand promotion
Produce and release high-quality news & articles and advertisement externally to increase brand awareness
Improve communication & cooperation with social media & organization partners;
Prepare and organize off-line seminars to enhance our products influence in market
Marketing Intelligence
Collect market intelligence of cabling market and strategic segments;
Collect key competitors’ best practices implemented in strategic areas from marketing aspects;
Generate more project leads for sales team by various marketing approaches especially digital marketing.
Marcom Support to APAC
Manage catalogues, brochures, PPT, gifts and product samples to other regions outside of China, like SEA, Korea and Japan.
Compliance (Mandatory)
Comply with Group Code of ethics in implementation&execution of all marketing activities
Strictly follow the company system rules regarding environment protection and green production principles, make sure all the activities are environmentally friendly.
Others
Follow and implement other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements
Education / Experience
Bachelor degree or above, good at English and writing
Major in business or commercial or marketing
At least 3 years working experiences in similar position
Technical Business understanding
Understanding about telecom/cable market will be a plus
Market sense and adaptability to new ways of promoting, especially digital marketing
Demonstrable experiences in marketing data analytics and tools
Required skills
Organization skill, presentation skill, writing skill
Soft skills
