Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to conduct business analysis in the field of property insurance. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure our property insurance products and services maintain a competitive edge in the market. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential, with a preference for candidates having a background in computer science or related technical fields as a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to gain insights into property insurance business requirements and assist in formulating corresponding product and service strategies.
- Conduct detailed business requirements analysis, including collecting and organizing property insurance market trends and data to provide analysis reports for product planning and decision-making.
- Participate in the development and optimization of insurance products, defining product specifications and functional requirements to meet customer needs effectively.
- Provide technical support and work with development teams to ensure smooth implementation and ｄｅｌivery during product development.
- Assist in managing and monitoring the performance and business data of property insurance products, promptly identifying and ａｄｄressing potential issues, and proposing improvement recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English communication skills, with a requirement to pass a rigorous English test.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in computer science or related technical fields, with some technical knowledge considered a significant advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant business analysis experience in property insurance, with exposure to both personal lines and commercial lines.
- Demonstrated intelligence, adaptability, clear thinking, and quick response, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive project success.
