Process Engineer

Mainly Responsibility   

· Owning new process introduces, process and equipment qualification.

· Managing tool preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Working with defect reduction, integration, yield assurance and quality engineer to improve product quality and yield. 

· Working with Transferring site to improve tool and process performance, reduce cost, and increase both capacity and flexibility in receiving Fab.  

· Working on tool ｓｅｌｅｃｔion, facility design and installation at new technology start up and ramping. 

· Working and leading manufacturing team to develop innovative solutions to improve ｅｘｅｃution and efficiency in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualification

    · Possess a MS degree or above in physics, material, chemistry, electrical, micro electrical, optics, mechanical and automation related engineering majors or equivalent majors.

    · Proven ability in logical thinking, be able to communicate in technical effectively.

    · Strong verbal and written skills in English.
