Product Engineer

Mainly Responsibilty

Responsible for production test program integrity check and quality gate for release to productionResponsible for production support engineering with respect to procedures and device specifications and yieldPerform electrical failure analysis (EFA) support to debug process issues, test optimizations, device ｃｈａｒacterizationsWork with cross-functional teams to align technical plans and ｅｘｅｃutionSupport critical data review to ensure material meeting key product metricsSupport unit level data collection for fab critical process changes and provide risk assessment/impact from product point of viewTransfer new product technology to understand key product challenges and develop monitoring method for product performanceSupport weekly yield pareto roll up and failure analysisSupport data mining for ad hoc issues which impact product qualitySupport new screen releasing to production flowSupport analysis request from division based on custom returns or reliability test fails

Qualification

Bachelor/ ｍａｓｔｅｒ in Electrical/Electronic engineering;Understanding of MOSFET, PN junction basics;Understanding of analog/digital circuit design;Hspcie, Verilog simulation tool experience is ａｄｄ on;Cadence experience is ａｄｄ on;ｓｃｒｉｐｔing experience/interest in Python, perl are preferred;Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English;Effective presentation skills;Team player
