Intern, ASMS project assistant/汽车安全管理体系项目助理Job Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion:Mission and Purpose:Audi China, C/GQ Quality assurance, BeijingIn our project team we need the supporter in the project of automotive security management system (ASMS) and JV certification support, that is combined with topic cyber security and software updating, in that the coordination, documentation, appointment arrangement and relevant area with corresponding activities will be conducted.Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Prepare and creation ASMS documents of tasks * Support the working package lead and BU lead in project issues * Collect the request information and support initial analysis * Align and communicate with relevant BUs and stakeholders * Arrange the appointments of the regular meeting and note the meeting minutes * Support the coordination of ASMS requirement actions in project, e.g. relevance check, result collection from BUs etc. * Support the ISO21434 certification project with service provider, e.g. internal/external audit organization, process improvement, gap analysis, targets monitoring etc. * JV certification project support and steering with AUDI AG * Make comparison of regulations/laws in multi-dimensionQualifications:Education Background:Bachelor or above degrees in engineering or related fieldsProfessional Skills: * Proficiency in MS office( PPT, Excel, PPT) * Project management or experienceCompetence Requirements: * Good cooperation and communication skill * Analytical thinking and self-reflection * Planning and well-organized ability * Ability to strong understanding and grasping key points Language Skills: * Good command of English both in speaking and writing * German speaking is an advantage
