service :
General and administrative support to
ACMs
Communicate, service and support sales
and marketing team
Respond to customer inquiries
Calculate price and provide quotation to
sales
Responsible for weekly project list
searching, organizing and printout
Generate regular sales reports
Prepare/maintain SSDB/SAP data systems
Prepare quarterly report which include
Vitality Report (adoption notice list) and Total Adoption and Discontinuation
Value
Responsible for request of sample oils
and illustration samples from creation or application lab and arrange to send
to the clients
Apply for customer codes
Handle phone call from clients
Provide regular reports to sales
Act as a super user of iCam/SAP system,
data entry and maintenance, central filing
Coordinate and arrange special events
and/or local, zonal and global meeting
服务担当技能要求/ Skills and
qualifications required :
College diploma or above
Minimum of 1 years
secretarial/administrative experience in a multinational company
Good command of English, both oral and
written
Computer literate in MS office software
Knowledge of food industry a plus
Strong communication skill, quick
learner, team player, self-motivated
