To provide receptionist services in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes,including:
1. Screen switchboard & greet visitors.
2. Managing office consumables & courier services.
3. Preparing GA procedures for check in/out staffs include staff profile maintenance with CWT.
4. Monthly statement of air tickets, GA expense and driver’s working hours record etc.
5. Making hotel/taxi reservation and booking name card upon request.
6. Asssitance of staff activities as request
7. Following through the maintenance of office facilities such as office furniture, shredder, water dispenser etc.
8. Liaising with property management and admin. vendors to solve office related issues.
9. Supervising and coordinating on office safety, cleanliness and tidiness (5S) especially for conference rooms, pantry and public area.
10. Provide general administration support and paper work as request.
