MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

设立该职务的基本目的

Warehouse Supervisor is to ensure highly efficient and accurate of warehouse operation. Manage and coach 3PL team to ensure inventory accuracy, outbound productivity, labeling efficiency, pick, pack, and ｄｅｌivery capacity meet KPIs and customer needs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

该职务的主要职责

1. Assist warehouse manager to implement warehouse SOPs to 3PL team and keep continuous improving of inbound and outbound operation.

2. Monitor 3PL workers’ workload arrangement and enhance operation efficiency of labeling, picking, packing and ｄｅｌivery. Utilize all working resources to improve productivity.

3. Inventory management, monitor stock ｃｏｕｎｔing, well manage batch of picking area.

4. Annual training plan and ｅｘｅｃution for 3PL warehouse employee.

5. 5S, temperature and huｍｉｄity management.

6. Ensure efficient and accurate stock movement in WMS system. Responsible to handle WMS issues to PCIS team.

7. Participate e-commerce campaign preparation, ensure smooth operation in EC campaigns such as 618 and D11.

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

该职务所需的主要技能及相关背景

1. Working knowledge in e-commerce industry, better with cosmetics industry experience

2. Working experience with warehouse operations, better with both B2B and B2C experience

3. Very familiar with warehouse management system (WMS), experience with TTX is a plus.

4. Hard working, highly responsible and good ｅｘｅｃution

5. Good communication skills, open minded, adapt to change, and fast learner

6. Good commend on English writing and speaking

7. Data analysis and reporting skill

8. 3PL management experience
