This role will mainly partner with plant team and provide financial insights and drive cost continuous reduction strategy with solid understanding of the plant. Also will work with Finance BP to drive whole plant robust AOP & forecast process, prepare cost budget. Providing accurate financial analysis for effective decision making

Responsibilities:
1. Develop monthly financial statements for MOR review
2. Develop weekly KPI report, analysis of actual vs. plan / estimates / prior year to explain performance, identify risks & opportunities, and review with plant LT.
3. Provide financial support to MU & help in financial simulations for decision making. Do daily plant onsite investigation to understand all cost spending, discuss with HPT leaders and optimize the cost.
4. Involve in FI (focus improvement) identification process to drive cost reduction in plant.
5. Regular track of Plant TDC (total ｄｅｌivered cost) to ensure 100% achievement vs plan, through SAP and manual record. Generate weekly report to plant LT for decision making.
6. For overspending, need to identify cost drivers, do expense analysis (cost analysis) to find cost reduction opportunities.
7. Lead structural changes in reporting, forecasts, and all business integration activities and prepare key presentations and perform ad hoc analysis as needed for business leadership team.
8. Monitor plant cost closing process with controlling team to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications:
1. More than 5 years finance cost or acｃｏｕｎｔing working experience. Finance Business Partner or FP&A working experience is a plus?.
2. Working experience in large manufacturing industry is good. Tire, Auto, or consumer goods related industry experience is preferred.
3. Good English skill
