Key Responsibilities
?Provide exceptional customer service and assist with general enquiries
?Encourage professional, polite conversation with guests to build rapport
?Complete daily summaries by collecting information from all guests upon entry
?Input data into relevant databases and manage database maintenance
?ｕｐｄａｔｅ and maintain marketing materials, including ensuring appropriate stock levels
?Assist with events planning and ｅｘｅｃution
?Report any cleaning, maintenance or technical issues and ensure they are promptly resolved
?Undertake ａｄｄitional training as required
?Ensure all guests leave the display having had a memorable experience
Core Competencies & Role Requirements
?Excellent in both English and Chinese
?Strong customer oriented approach
?Professional and friendly telephone manner
?Ability to work with minimal supervision
?Willingness to take a proactive approach to general office duties
?Excellent oral and written communication skills
?Prefer candidates who can work at least 3-4 days per week for about 3 months
