Main Acｃｏｕｎｔabilities:
主要职责：
Project
- Lead and ｅｘｅｃute the product localization project to ensure timeframe,
quality and cost requirements;
- Support and ｅｘｅｃute for new product development project industrialization
to ensure timeframe, quality and cost requirements;
- Provide technical support for improvement projects such as OPEX saving,
FPY, second source, etc.
项目管理
- 领导并执行产品国产化项目, 确保时间、质量和成本满足项目要求;
- 执行新产品开发项目的工业化, 确保时间、质量和成本满足项目要求;
- 为公司改进项目提供技术支持，例如采购的第二货源开发项目，生产线效率提升项目等。
Product maintenance
- Leading of engineering change implementation in manufacturing unit;
- Clarify product/part requirement and perform sample evaluation;
- Lead trial production &small batch production for the quality validation;
- Provides technical support to manufacturing unit for product problem
solving;
- Responsible for mPart&mBOM maintenance in gPLM;
- Provide technical support to other projects (e.g. global second source);
- ｅｘｅｃute for product optimization development project (POD).
产品维护
- 领导和管理工程变更的实施;
- 明确产品/零件技术要求，并进行样品评估;
- 领导产品试生产和小批量生产验证;
- 为生产单位提供产品问题解决的技术支持;
- 负责gPLM上mPart 和mBOM的维护;
- 对其他项目提供技术支持(如采购第二源开发项目);
- 对产品结构进行持续优化，以降低产品制造成本。
Production technical support
- Lead abnormal production issues analyzing & solving;
- Lead PFMEA and support for supplier audit;
- Provides support to production and other departments during the
internal/external process/equipment start-up;
- Define the product testing parameter;
- Responsible for material consumption making and adjustment, and stock
material handling
生产技术支持
- 领导产线异常问题的分析和解决;
- 执行PFMEA分析和改善产品的工艺技术，并协助其他部门对供应商进行审核;
- 在产线建立时，为生产和其他部门提供技术支持;
- 根据产品性能要求，定义产品技术参数；
- 负责物料消耗表的定义和调整，以及库存呆料的处理。
Product cost management
- Product direct cost benchmark set up;
- Product direct cost monitoring and early warning;
产品成本管理
- 建立产品成本管理模型并对产品制造成本进行管理。
Mold management
- Collect and evaluate necessary mold budget for mass production operation
and the new product development;
- Responsible for mold investment application evaluation and decision making;
- Provide technical support to mold supplier if technical problem happen.
模具管理
- 根据生产运营需要和新产品项目需要，制作模具预算;
- 负责模具投资的评估和决策, 以及模具验收的技术确认;
- 为模具供应商提供技术支持。
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
知识，技能，经验：
- B.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant fields
机械类或电气工程类相关专业
- At least 3 years working experience with min. 1 years’ experience in
product design
3年以上工作经验，其中有最少1年的产品设计开发经验
- Understand the
Function design method, good at using function design method including
tolerance analyzing
了解产品设计方法，具备良好的尺寸链公差分析经验
- Proficient of MS office, well understand AutoCAD, CREO or UG
精通office软件，熟悉AutoCAD,CREO 和UG的使用
- Good of oral, reading and express technical solutions in English
良好的英语读写能力，能用英文良好表达技术方案
- Have strong analytical skills and good communication skills, know how to
observe, analyze the results caused by process changes or design issue, and
takes rapid actions to prevent them beforehand.
逻辑分析能力和沟通能力强，能够根据产品特性提前分析并发现因工艺技术变更而可能导致的问题，并在源头上解决该问题
- Knowledge of common used engineering materials, e.g. metals, plastics, etc.
了解工程材料的性能，例如常用的金属件和塑料件
- Familiar with moulds and jigs
熟悉模具方面的知识
- Ability to work independently without supervision and able to handle high
volumes of work.
能独当一面处理问题，抗压能力强
- Familiar with problem solving tools such as Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, DOE,
FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.
熟悉技术问题解决的工具运用，例如精益六西格玛, FMEA, DOE,SPC,MSA等等
