To keep all tools and dies in good working order to ensure timely production and quality parts to our customer.

Major Responsibilities of Position本职位主要职责
1. Housekeeping: Cleaning toolroom area.内务：打扫模修场地

? Maintain safe working environment.保持安全的工作环境

? To report to Toolroom leader any safety concerns. 向模修主管报告任何安全问题

2. Preventative Maintenance: Desoldering cast tools. 维护保养：清理模具黏膜

? Maintain cast and trim tools in good working condition through regular preventative maintenance.

通过常规的维护保养确保压铸和切边模处于良好的工作状态

? Must repair tooling related breakdowns.必须修理模具相关的故障

? Running hydraulic or air cylinders as required.根据要求使用液压油缸或气缸

? Making sure incoming dies are ready to run. 确保所有模具随时准备好生产

? Weld up dies as required. 根据要求对模具进行烧焊

? Performing measuring, checking and layout operations.进行测量，检查以及三坐标尺寸检查操作

? Making minor engineering changes to dies as requested根据要求对模具做一些小的工程更改

3. Plunger Tips: Making plunger tips, cores, punches, gauges and drawings for parts.

压射头：制作产品的压射头，型心，冲头，检具以及零部件图纸

4. Training & Guidance培训和指导: Be responsible for new tooling maintenance staff负责对新进模修工的培训和指导

5. Assistant协助: Monitoring & Managing all Tooling PMs, Work orders and Checklists, etc协助模修主管对所有模具PM过程进行监督管理和加强台账工作（工单，PM表单及点检表）等

6. Other 其他

? Must contribute opinions or forward ideas about tooling improvements.就模具的改善提出自己的观点和建议

? Cooperating with production, maintenance, and engineering personnel to ensure that qualified tooling is available and maintained. 与生产，维修，工程人员合作确保合格的模具

? Environmental protection: In order to minimize the adverse impact of environment, must dealing with the hazardous waste, waste water and exhaust gas according to SMMP environment policy and ISO14001 EMS.必须严格按照镁镁公司和ISO14001环境体系的要求来处理在工作中产生的危险废弃物、废水和废气等，确保对环境的影响降到最低。

Education and Skill Requirements教育及技能要求
? Must have knowledge on how to use hand, bench and porｔａｂｌｅ power tools, jigs and fixtures, and precision measuring equipment, grinder, milling machine, lathe, radial arm drill, computer, welder, and how to assemble press dies.

必须知道如何使用手工，电动工具，夹具，以及精密测量设备，磨床，铣床，车床，摇臂钻床，电脑，烧焊机以及如何装配模具。

? Have a basic understanding of machine tools and equipment.

? Can recognize the Tool & Die Component and Assembly and part/producer prints.

? Understanding of the working of horizontal, vertical universal and milling machines, including set-up and operation, speeds and feeds, coolants, work piece holding, mounting, milling operations, keyways, angles, slots, etc.

? Must show effective written and verbal communication skills.必须具有有效的书面和口头交流能力

? Good skills for crane operation 能熟练地操作行车
