Responsibility
1. Record, prioritize, categorize, dispatch and track IT issues and service request timely and
properly by following Inventronics IT Service Management processes and standards;
2. Handle end-user inquiries of tickets status checking, etc;
3. Work close with Inventronics IT experts , support IT experts on communications on high priority tickets;
4. execute IT related service request fulfillment tasks based on pre-defined service scope and procedures;
5. Able to work with flexiable working hours to support cross regions users;
Requirements
1. Fluent in English: both written and spoken. Good attitude, good troubleshooting & communication skills;
2. Fast learner towards the key learning objectives: Inventronics IT systems & processes, Inventornics applications, etc;
3. Self-motivated, hard worker and dare to deal with issues under high pressure;
4. Strong sense of responsibility and service awareness;
5. Basic knowledge about IT and Microsoft Office software, and interested in developing advance IT skills.
