五、Position Objects/职位概要：
按照项目和客户的要求，完成产品的设计和开发并跟踪产品开发过程中的产品问题以及优化产品的设计，保证产品设计的再量产中的可行性，质量要求和交付
According to project and customer requires, complete the product design and developing, tracking the problem during developing and optimize the product design. Guarantee the part design feasible in series production and assure the product quality and ｄｅｌivery.
六、Job responsibilities/工作内容:
1.建立冲压产品设计标准，维护和更新；
Build the specification of stamping design and maintain and upgrading the standard
2.协助业务部门提供项目报价，参与产品实现方案；
Support Business department for RFQ related topic.
3.设计冲压产品，料带图，以及发行图纸；
Design the stamping components, strip and release the drawing
4.与生产，物流，采购，模具的同事以及供应商一起完成冲压产品的实现
Work closely with production，SCM ，tooling and supplier to figure out the reasonable stamping component then Implement to production
5.根据产品设计原则保证冲压产品施行的可行性分析
Guaranty the industrial feasibility of the stamping product according design rules
6.始终符合或超越所有的质量及环境体系要求。
Consistently meet or exceed all quality and ISO14001 system requirements.
7.完成技术中心安排的其他工作；
Complete other things which are from Technical Center
七、Qualification/任职资格:
1。教育背景: 机械工程类或本科以上学历。
Educational background: bachelor degree in engineering or related.
2.工作软件:
熟练使用UG 10.以上版本或VISI 设计软件；Auto CAD 制图
Work software : Familiar with UG 10. or VISI , and use Auto CAD software
3.工作经验:
5年以上制造工厂工作经验，冲压模具设计以及料带设计3年以上经验。
Work Experience: have 5 or more years working experience with manufacture plant，above 3 years stamping die & strip design experience
4.技能技巧：
冲压级进模具设计经验3年以上，三年以上端子模具设计经验，有鱼眼针设计经验佳。并熟悉冲压相关的模具材料，金属材料，电镀工艺；对塑料模具结构有相关的知识，以及对注塑工艺，材料有一定的了解
5.熟悉GT&D 几何公差要求
Skill: Have above 3 years’ experience in stamping die design ，3 years die design experience of press fit pin die and knowledge of the stamping die material , copper material , plating ; more prefect knowledge of molding tool construction ,molding injection parameter and resin material
6.态度: 做事主动，有强烈愿望去突出个人
Attitude: Should be a self-starter with a strong desire to excel.
7.语言：能够在专业水平上与和同事，客户，管理层沟通和联系。英语读写能力佳
Language: professional in communication with colleague, customer and management, fluent in both read and written English,
