Responsibility：
- Handle full set documents in internal nation logistics service prepared for overseas customers.
为海外客户提供国际物流的全套文件处理服务
- Timeliness & accuracy of systems ｕｐｄａｔｅ, reporting and documentation
确保系统报告及文件的及时性和准确性。
- To check shipment’s P/L based on weekly report, find out the reason for big loss shipments and big gain shipments.
根据每周的报告去检查每票运输的利润，查出亏钱和利润大的原因。
- To submit customs submission for JPN/US/Canada inbound shipment. 去申报日本/美国/加拿大进口的运输资料。
- Ensure close co-ordination with our global offices, local customers, as well as clients to secure their full satisfaction read & reply daily enquiries (by e-mail, fax or phone)
与全球所有分公司/各地客户保持密切协调，确保通过邮件传真或电话的日常查询回复可以令他们满意。
- To ensure the operation & documentation procedures comply with the requirements stated in SOP
确保文件及操作的程序符合SOP 的要求
Requirements
- College or university graduates.
大专以上学历
- At least one or above year of relevant experience. Good experience and knowledge in managing International logistics shipments
一年以上相关工作经验。有丰富的国际海运物流管理经验和相关知识
- Good written and spoken English, good understanding and communication skill
英语读写能力佳，有良好的理解和沟通能力 (四级）
- Detail-minded, organized, proactive, helpful, friendly and able to work under pressure and workload
工作认真负责，思维敏捷，做事细心，责任心强，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强
To provide more than two weeks overall paid training to new comers to familiar with shipping and logistics industry as well as company and team organization and job scope & content. （Paid on-the-job training）
提供超过两周的全面培训，熟悉航运和物流行业，以及公司和团队组织，工作范围和内容。（带薪在岗培训）
