c.check the handbook data and NAV bonded data monthly, analyze the difference and correct any mistakes, make sure the handbook and NAV is consistent.
d.Annual royalty customs duty paid
e.Import AP monthly review and submit for payment
f.Other customs affairs
g.Backup when team with turnover/vacation
h.Rotate when necessary for broader career development/more potentialities.
?Daily shipments arrangements, ensure goods ｄｅｌivered to customer on time.
a.Make booking beforehand by coworking with buyers to secure timely material import for production.
b.prepare all shipping documents timely and accurately to secure timely import/export.
c.track goods ｄｅｌivered to customers on time and with accurate papers to secure smooth import in customer side
d.Review and document AR &AP for each shipment accurately
?Screen more competitive logistics to save on shipping costs as well as time-effectiveness.
?Maintain good relationship with local customers (Faurecia, Visteon, HASE, Marelli, Desay etc.) and finish monthly acｃｏｕｎｔ checking timely.
